TheCoachr provides career guidance, interview preparation, resume development, leadership mentoring, skill enhancement coaching, mock interviews, and related professional development services.

3.1 No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, salary increases, promotions, business success, or any specific professional outcome. Results vary based on individual effort, background, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

3.2 Educational Purpose

All coaching sessions and materials are for informational and developmental purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

4. Account Registration

To access certain Services, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Payment Terms

All coaching packages, subscription plans, session credits, and digital services must be paid in advance.

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. TheCompany reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Subscription Billing

If you choose a subscription-based plan, billing may recur automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

5.3 Non-Payment

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

6.1 Session-Based Refunds

If a session has already been delivered, no refund shall be processed for that session.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital downloads, recorded sessions, assessments, and customized resume services are strictly non-refundable.

6.3 Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, are solely at the discretion of TheCoachr management.

7. Session Booking & Cancellation

7.1 Rescheduling

Users may reschedule sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

7.2 Late Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may result in deduction of session credit.

7.3 No Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a completed session.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass or abuse coaches or staff
• Record sessions without consent
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary materials

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including training materials, templates, coaching frameworks, branding, logos, graphics, videos, and website content are the exclusive property of TheCoachr.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

TheCoachr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

12. Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for technical interruptions, internet failures, platform outages, or third-party payment gateway issues.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms without prior notice.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined therein.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
