Thoughts of CEO
For three decades I’ve been on the other side of the table, as an HR Head in MNCs and top Indian companies. I’ve hired thousands, rejected thousands more, and seen exactly what separates those who soar from those who struggle. During this corporate journey realizing talent, developing people capability, grooming leaders and successors have been my area of passion and I have helped more than thousands of individuals transform and realize their talent with Coaching and customized Individual Development plans including cases of poor performance. Though I have fired many poor performers and rejected many candidates in interviews what I realized over time that everyone is having a talent that needs understanding, support and grooming which can lead to so – called non- talent exceeding expectations of talent.
