1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the The CoacHR website (thecoachr.com), career assessment platform (user.thecoachr.com), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The CoacHR, operated from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

2. Services Description

The CoacHR provides the following professional services:

• Career Audit: A structured diagnostic process combining psychometric assessments, career mapping, and expert consultation to deliver a personalized career roadmap.
• Career Intelligence Assessments: Scientifically validated psychometric assessments measuring personality, behavior, skills, motivation, and career alignment.
• Career Coaching: One-on-one coaching sessions for professionals, students, and career switchers.
• Corporate Solutions: Enterprise-level career development, leadership pipeline, and talent assessment services for organizations.
• Career Insights: Free career articles, research, and educational content published on our blog.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

When you book a Career Audit or any paid service through our website, you enter into a service agreement with The CoacHR. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate personal and professional information during the booking process.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. Promotional or launch pricing is time-limited and applies only during the specified promotional period.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. The CoacHR does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you authorize Razorpay to process the transaction in accordance with their terms of service.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our Career Audit service. If after your Career Audit session you feel the insights were not valuable, we will either provide an additional session at no cost or issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the audit session.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel a booked session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

4.3 Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Each booking allows up to 2 reschedules.

5. Assessment Terms

By taking any assessment on our platform, you agree to the following:

• You will provide honest and accurate responses to assessment questions.
• Assessment results are indicative tools, not definitive diagnoses. They should be used as guidance alongside professional career consultation.
• You will not share, distribute, or reproduce assessment content, questions, or proprietary methodologies.
• Assessment results and reports are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except with assigned The CoacHR career coaches.
• We reserve the right to invalidate assessment results if we detect fraudulent or inconsistent responses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The CoacHR website and platform - including text, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, career intelligence models, reports, roadmaps, blog articles, and software - is the intellectual property of The CoacHR and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Career roadmaps and assessment reports provided to you are for your personal use only.

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or functionality
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the website without authorization
• Use assessment content or methodologies for commercial purposes without a license

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The CoacHR services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide accurate and helpful career guidance, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or interview success. Our assessments and recommendations are based on validated methodologies but are not a substitute for personal judgment or professional advice. Career decisions remain your sole responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoacHR and its founders, employees, coaches, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, career setbacks, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared during career audit sessions, coaching conversations, and assessment processes is treated as confidential. Our career coaches and team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose your personal career information to your employer, colleagues, or any third party without your explicit written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
